Abstrakt

The design of the project is to equip church leadership in developing conflict management skills. The equipping is to be done in a seminar setting. Participants will be selected because of the leadership they hold. The leader will develop a teaching syllabus for use in the seminar sessions. The leader is to be evaluated by the participants in terms of his preparation, presentation and effectiveness. The goal of the project is to enable church leaders to manage conflict that occurs within the local church.
