Abstract
  • This project was designed to inform a group of laypersons within a congregation of different personality types and the accompanying characteristic strengths of each personality type, so that a theological application of this information would result in an appreciation and acceptance of different personality types and strengths. This report contains the biblical and theological foundation that differences are God's gifts to humanity, and that each person has personality gifts and strengths to offer to other persons in meaningful relationships.
