Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to help leaders of the East Metro Community Church understand their personal history and attitudes about conflict, to train them to become conflict ministers, and to develop a conflict management seminar to be incorporated in the training of leaders at East Metro. The project involved three phases. Phase 1 involved pre-seminar tests and interviews to help determine personal histories. Phase 2 was the seminar, incorporating the Myers-Briggs instrument. Phase 3 was course evaluation and participants being re-tested and interviewed. The participants wrote a post-seminar paper on their theory of conflict ministry.
