Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to discover how a select group of church leaders discern the work of the Holy Spirit in their lives. A quesionnaire was used to ascertain the degree to which pastors and lay leaders depend on the Spirit. While today's leadership lacks a full understanding of the Holy Spirit, there appears to be a growing openness to explore the depths of this seemingly neglected, but equally authoritative part of the Trinity. Participants indicated that eliminating hindrances and embracing attentiveness fosters transformation in the life, ministry, and home of leaders and spurs them toward Spirit-led living.
