Abstract
  • This project created a new members' study guide that chronicles the heritage and hope of African Americans in the United Church of Christ. The curriculum was tested with a class for new members in Peoples Congregational United Church of Christ in Washington, D.C. All thirty-five members of the class thought it should be offered on a regular basis.
