Abstract
  • This project sought to promote spiritual growth within the entire congregation by offering a wide variety of spiritual practices, activities, and events. The offerings ranged from receiving a 'thought for the week' email to joining a spiritual formation group. There were 15 different offerings. The intended outcome was a shift in focus from the business of the church to the work of the Holy Spirit. More than half of the regular adult attenders participated. Surveys and interviews at the end of seven months revealed some shift in priority.
