Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to determine if personality types and attitudes toward stewardship have a correlation and to gain a fuller understanding of stewardship patterns and motivations, as related to personality types, for clearer communication in preaching and teaching to their distinctive strengths and weaknesses. The project consisted of six classes where personality and stewardship tests were given. Discussions about the biblical view of stewardship and one's own feelings, fears, motivations, and needs took place. There were indicators that people can be challenged to become authentic stewards while still being true to their temperament.
