Abstract
  • What was done by a pastor to help revitalize a Korean community church started sixteen years ago is the task of this thesis. One of the main causes of constant conflict and affliction was the operation of a women's financial association (GYE) originally started to assist the needy in crisis. Within this Christian community, the ill-balanced emphasis on money estranged everyone and undermined the spiritual solidarity of the group. Providing small Bible study sessions and fellowship was the way to bring wholeness back to the church.
