Abstract
  • This project presupposes that a Bible study program (based on the Gospel of John) will be an effective strategy for evangelizing the lost, and/or reclaiming unchurched persons who say they believe. In Chapter 1, the purpose, goals and context of the project are discussed. Chapter 2 explores the Scriptural mandate for seeking out and evangelizing the lost. Chapter 3 attempts to understand the unchurched condition by reviewing the history of research on that subject. Chapter 4 describes the process of setting up and implementing the project. Chapter 5 evaluates all its aspects, as planned and executed. A conclusion features theological reflection, and a revised plan for reaching people through evangelistic Bible study.
