Abstract
  • This project seeks to understand the impact of gift-based ministry as a means of identifying giftedness and redeployment of the leadership. The initial purpose was to create ministries that were target specific for the Buster generation and to utilize spiritually-gifted people to create and sustain those ministries. This mixed method research utilized surveys, interviews, and observations to determine the outcome. It developed a much larger scope as four vital programs were developed that are reaching a wide range of people.
