  • The purpose of this paper is to make available to church leadership a manual to motivate and involve the whole congregation to do daily Bible reading and devotion. It has seven chapters and four appendicies, asserting the value of daily Bible reading, evaluating the strength and weaknesses of various Bible reading aids already available to Chinese Christians, introduces the need purpose and the methodology of the manual and deals with practical aspects of implementation of implementation and evaluation that have actually been successfully experimented.
