- Abstract
- The YouthUniverse project explored how media tools and community organizations can be deployed to develop creative, spiritually and ethically aware young people; to impact community development issues related to global economic justice in metropolitan Atlanta through producing neighborhood projects and supportive community engagement networks. Using narrative analysis, the author shared the stories of intercultural youth and young adult development practitioners through the production of a television series; capturing strategic insights into leadership capacities, management styles and operational best practices. As a result, YouthUniverse assisted young people with developing spiritual tools to navigate our global culture with a redemptive purpose.
