  • The purpose of this project was to develop an assimilation strategy to integrate new members and engage them, as well as existing members, into the ministries at New Armuchee Baptist Church, Armuchee, Georgia. A strategic planning team, consisting of lay members, was invited to participate in the assimilation strategy process. The project director leveraged strategic principles as well as assimilation principles to lead the team in the development of the strategy, in order to enable members at NABC to be more intentional with assimilation efforts. Active church leaders evaluated the project presentation and confirmed the effective development of the assimilation strategy.
