Abstract

This ministry project is based on the thesis that a church is missionally aligned when its mission, strategies, and outcomes are linked with the mission of God. The project director coached a group of church leaders to develop a missionally aligned strategy using a missional scorecard that was adapted from the Balanced Scorecard framework. Each project participant successfully designed a missional scorecard that addressed a mission-critical need in his or her own ministry setting.
