Abstract
  • This project involved conceptionalization, design, and implementation of a clergy and laity sharing ministry of caring for members of a middle sized church. The basis of Christian general ministry is the sacrament of baptism. Each person receives a call and gifts for this task of caring. A process of recruiting and training of the care givers is described. Project data suggests benefits of nurture and renewed participation for a limited number of inactive church members.
