Abstract

A Bible translation movement in the Philippines requires a healthy partnership between SIL, Translators Association of the Philippines, and Sa Bawat Wika (Tagalog for 'In Every Language'). This project focused upon identifying the benefits and barriers within the current partnership in order that a stronger partnership might be built. The study incorporated both quantitative and qualitative research. The goal is for the Philippine Church to lead Bible translation in the Philippines and perhaps beyond.
