Abstract
  • The purpose of this study was to develop the inter-generational ministry of a small congregation. It explored the biblical and theological foundation for inter-generational ministry, and reflected upon current literature. The rationale was shared with the elders and the congregation, and they engaged in several events planned to include multiple-age groups. Their responses to these events and attitudes toward inter-generational ministry were collected through a congregational survey and from feedback from the leaders. This study concluded with an analysis of findings and recommendations for how this congregation can further develop an inter-generational ministry in the future.
