Abstract
  • The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore how Christian married men sustain sexual integrity in the Sea Services. Three research questions guided the study: What motivates Christian married men to sustain sexual integrity in the Sea Services? What challenges do Christian married men face in sustaining sexual integrity in the Sea Services? What practices help Christian married men sustain sexual integrity in the Sea Services? The study concluded that Christian married men, chaplains and prospective chaplains must grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ, in knowing their spouses better, and acquire a better understanding of human sexuality.
