Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to equip selected leaders of the Macedonia Baptist Church, Plaquemine, in new member assimilation skills. The project director researched various models and strategies of new member assimilation in order to identify the best skills. These skills were essential toward equipping the Historic Macedonia Baptist Church in the assimilation of new members. The director identified not only the necessities, but also the best practices critical for inclusion in equipping seminars. The director also developed a curriculum structured to teach four equipping sessions. The director successfully completed the sessions, thereby equipping selected leaders of Macedonia Baptist Church with new member assimilation skills. Further, the project director will implement annual training with individuals on the new member assimilation ministry team.
