Abstrakt

This thesis-project provides a manual for equipping leaders of small groups empowering local church people for the ministry of work. It examines literature relating to work, identifies emerging, recurring themes that form the bedrock of a workplace theology, and employs these themes as a tool to evaluate popular workplace literature and materials, as well as guide for developing a twelve lesson study manual designed to provide local church people with a solid foundation for work, as well as training to employ a transferable tool for implementing faith in their workplaces.
