Abstract
  • In the AMEZ church, there ate ordained deacons and elders who do not have a pastoral appointment. They are classified as Supernumerary (SN) ministers. In a pastoral setting where the congregation is small and people resources are limited, the pastor and congregation benefit from ministries developed and implemented by Supernumerary ministers. This project developed, implemented and evaluated a process to assess the spiritual gifts of Supernumerary ministers and based on the findings, engaged them in projects that enhanced pastoral settings.
