- This ministry project explored and identified the distinctive needs of younger boomers and older busters who were unchurched. Plans were developed to address relational, spiritual and emotional needs of persons living in Winder, Georgia. The theological and biblical themes justifying the discovery of and ministry to particular human needs were developed. Authorities in the disciplines of sociology and church growth were studied. Sermons and survey instruments were created. Community surveys were conducted and the needs of the focus group were prioritized. Plans were initiated to address and to meet at least three discovered needs.
