This project compared the responses of different racial and ethnic population groups at Concordia University Wisconsin to a survey dealing with issues of racial and ethnic diversity. An analysis of the responses served as the basis of a report given to the administrative leadership that they might develop a plan to provide a more beneficial experience for students who are facing diversity issues now and in the future. Results indicated that qualitative research is warranted. The amount of structural diversity on campus gives minorities visibility, but is not enough to influence how teaching and learning occur in the classroom.
