Abstract
  • This project will focus on the pastor of the local church. The intention is to identify and apply biblical and leadership principles for pastors encountering faith stretching periods of ministry such as times of change, conflict, and crisis. The project will seek to guide the local pastor in personal growth and maturity in Christ during stressful seasons of ministry. A personal guidebook is included. The pastoral model in this project is the Apostle Paul as he provided leadership to the church in Corinth, particularly through the letter of 2 Corinthians. In addition, a special helps and strategies section offers guidance and practical advice from other pastors.
