- This project proposes a model for training lay leaders in small-group ministry dynamics that combines didactic and experiential learning. The project employs the Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis and a Spiritual Gifts Inventory to increase self-awareness among group members, administers an objective examination and a semantic differential to measure knowledge and attitudes about small-group dynamics, and conducts exit interviews to evaluate individual perceptions.
