Abstract
  • This project investigates and analyzes a transition of leadership in a Taiwan mission from a founding missionary to a team of three Taiwanese leaders and one missionary. The transition group follows a team leadership discipling approach on a 'coleadership with headship' model. The project observes the transition and interviews the participants formally and informally. In the two-year period of transition the team approach works but the coordinating role of the Taiwanese national leader is not successful.
