Abstract
  • This project proposes that cultural factors are important in effective evangelism, and that churches that carefully and properly interpret their cultural setting will have some cultural keys to communicate effectively to their neighbors. The project tests and applies this matter of cultural understanding in suburbia--specifically, Delta, British Columbia. A 'Target Audience Profile' helps pastors and church leaders draw a community profile for themselves, so that they can respond to their own context accurately.
