- Abstract
- This project involves the designing and teaching of a seminar for church members in the art of Christian caring. Training adults in lay pastoral care is an area of need within the church in order to increase the quantity and quality of Christian caring. The primary objectives of this project are to recruit church members and train them in lay pastoral care in a series of six sessions over a six week period. It is hoped that those who participate will be able to demonstrate more sensitivity to people and an increased effectiveness in caring.
