Abstract
  • Christ's Spirit calls the Body to partnership, service and affirmation of its multiplicity of gifts and experiences. However, the dynamics of race and ethnicity are dominant presenting factors and often obstacles in multi-cultural arenas. Leaders therefore need to utilize different tools in order to overcome attitudinal and behavioral dynamics that impede a multi-cultural group's work. Using cultural, behavioral, and structural approaches toward change, a better understanding of how to engage multi-cultural conditions more productively in the work of the organization was gained in order for the group to fulfill the mission to which it has been called.
