Abstract
  • The work-life transitions of business professionals create pastoral opportunities for ministers who seek to make the church relevant to people's experience in the marketplace. Work-life transition can crack the psycho-spiritual world of a person wide open and be the impetus for a person's serious reflection about identity and life's purpose. A work of practical theology, this thesis-project demonstrates the impact communal listening and positive questions can have on the discernment process of a business professional in transition.
