Abstract

Church planting in the Venezuelan Evangelical Free Church has a history of more than one hundred years. More recently church planting education has become available to the missionary-pastors. This product demonstrated that by understanding the effect of church planting education on the church planting movement, and by applying social determinations, approriate principles for more effective missionary-pastors can be comprehended. Based on those principles, more competent modalities for church planting education can be developed for preparing future missionary-pastors and for nurturing current missionary-pastors in their ministries.
