Abstract
  • The effectual teaching of team leadership is a critical training component. The primary objective of this project was to develop, teach, and evaluate a four-part lesson plan for Christian Life College-Madison leadership course that included guidance-based group decision-making skills. Another major focus was to stimulate a change of mind and anticipated future actions among students. As a result of the study, the lesson plan will be added to the leadership development course as part of the larger curriculum at Christian Life College-Madison.
