This project reveals the steps used to create a discipleship strategy for Highland Drive Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The research provided the groundwork for developing a working strategy derived from internal and external facets. The strategy was refined by understanding the state of discipleship within the church and learning the best practices for discipleship that fit the church context. This knowledge allowed a discipleship team to develop the working strategy for Highland Drive Baptist Church.
