Abstract
  • The Great Commission is part of the churches' efforts to fulfill this promise as it evangelizes our non-Christian neighbors and friends. The Emmanuel Korean Presbyterian Church (Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a small immigrant community church that shapes its evangelism in response to the Great Commission. This thesis delineates the evolution of the Emmanuel Korean Church from its inception to its present state. In order to work as one with the people to manifest evangelism, the author began holding cell Bible studies six months prior and continues to teach the Word of God to cell leaders, who teach the members of the congregation.
