Abstract
  • The influx of Hispanics to the state of Florida continues to increase. Very few of the Hispanic Southern Baptist churches have a planned evangelism strategy. Lack of know-how and knowledge of available resources are the main causes. This project is designed to create awareness of methods and resources available in the field of personal and mass evangelism and to include spiritual preparation. The project also addresses the issue of leadership training. A core of strategy advisors were trained and they will serve as consultants to other churches and their associations. Four churches completed the cycle and had outstanding results.
