Abstract
  • The focus of this doctoral project is to provide a systematic approach for training students for cross-cultural ministry. To implement this idea, a pilot program was developed to provide students with a systematic and intentional training in ministry. The structures and methodologies used to accomplish this task are many and varied. Basically, they are meant to enable the students to set goals in ministry which are realistic and attainable, and to help them become reflective in ministry.
