- Abstract
- This project responds to a need to provide ministry for 'incapacitated members' who are absent from church services because of circumstances beyond their control. The project plans and implements a 'television ministry' that brings the services of the church to those who cannot attend. The project recruits and trains 'outreach workers' who videotape worship services and bring the tapes to absent members, and also provide Bible study and other ministries for these members.
