  • The Compass Seminar is designed to mobilize global business travelers to participate in God's mission. This ministry project was conducted in two strategic locations: Milpitas, California and Shanghai, China. The primary objective of the seminar was for the participants to gain a greater perspective of and to discover their role in missions. Eighteen participants provided the survey data prior to attending the seminar and twelve completed the survey data after taking a trip. The comparative analysis suggested that those who participated in the seminar showed an increased awareness of and willingness to participate in global missions during their business trips.
