Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to equip a task force which will facilitate the integration of a new pastor into a local ministry setting by giving the congregation an opportunity to clarify their concepts of what a pastor should do and to evaluate the start-up phase of their ministry together. The method of research includes surveys, interviews, and small group processes. We concluded that meaningful ministry began in the first six months of this pastorate.
