Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to define and alleviate the deficiencies in the support system for directors of associational missions. Questionnaires were sent to over two hundred interested persons. Study groups took the information and concluded that the greatest needs of the directors of associational missions and their wives relate to isolation. Support groups were enlisted in four associations. The design of the support meeting included planned activities to break down barriers, share and prayer time and informal conversation and games. Formal confirmation of positive effects was obtained through written evaluations.
