Abstrakt

Main line volunteers are unprepared for service with middle judicatories. Faith promoting education can improve their satisfaction with denominational service. This project adds faith-oriented elements to a training event; and names key theological concepts and faith practices to be included in all training materials. It suggests that faith developing education need not be limited to the local church; judicatories can effectively take part in that most important work.
