Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop an intercultural church-growth strategy for Sugarloaf International Fellowship (SIF): an intercultural worship gathering in Suwanee, Georgia. First, the project director researched existing intercultural church-planting and church-growth models in three North American metropolitan areas. Second, the project director researched three intercultural churches in metro Atlanta, where SIF meets. Along with an analysis of area demographics, the director presented these findings to a selected group of church leaders for approval. The director's professional goals included increasing his knowledge of metropolitan intercultural church growth and increasing the director's skills in strategy-planning processes.
