Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to develop a strategic plan for an evangelistic initiative at Gainesville High School, Gainesville, Georgia. The strategy was designed to be implemented through an on-campus Student Leadership Club and required the recruiting and enlisting of Christian students and adults committed to winning students to faith in Christ. A prototype team was assembled to test the plan's effectiveness. A group of students and local Christian business mentors was also enlisted in a mentoring program. Evaluation was performed using experts, mentors, reports on selected reading, professional seminar attendance, and a prototype trial run.
