Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to design, test and evaluate a seminar for clergy which would enable them to become proper Christian steward-managers. The course stressed intentional planning and correct use of the financial and other resources which God has entrusted to the clergy. It dealt with resource management needs of all families and the special concerns of clergy families. The project and its seminar resulted in significant experiences for many of the participating families. Evaluation of the project showed that many goals were reached and that its results carry implications for much broader use.
