- The purpose of this project was to equip a select group of church leaders with the awareness necessary for the future development of an assimilation process suitable to Central Baptist Church. First, the project director researched materials on assimilation in order to develop and lead the equipping sessions. Secondly, the project director developed the equipping sessions to be used in the training of the leadership team. Then, the director enlisted a group of leaders to equip in an assimilation ministry in Central baptist Church. last, the project director led the sessions as team members were equipped in an assimilation ministry and recognized the need for an intentional assimilation process in Central Baptist Church. The development and implementation of the assimilation process were outside the scope of this project.
