Abstract
  • The project molded the participants into a team with a common vision, a shared ministry, and a desire to reach the unchurched. Research on theology, relationships, leadership, and church growth provided the theological and theoretical rationale. Twelve people participated. Each participant signed a covenant of learning before the project and wrote a covenant of ministry afterwards. Evaluations were collected from participants, the field supervisor, and the project director. The result was a leadership team committed to lead the Family Church off its plateau.
