Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to determine the immediate effects of church growth education on the laity. A Church Growth Conference provided the context for the educational process. The church in Acts served as a model for church growth. Biblical and modern church growth principles were used as the basis for the instruction. The project demonstrated that church growth education would affect the laity's attitudes concerning church growth, their level of commitment to evangelical outreach, their knowledge of the theology and practice of evangelical outreach and their faith.
