Abstract
  • This project presents a designed and implemented plan for revitalizing Crossroads United Methodist from a state of decline and an evaluation of the plan's effectiveness. A literature review of revitalized churches suggested seven common elements programmed into churches that have moved from decline to vitality. Those elements were implemented into the life of Crossroads over a two year period. Evaluation took place in terms of participation levels, new members, and small group attendance and a survey questionnaire. Conclusions were drawn from these results and recommendations for further study were offered.
