Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a two-year plan of ministry for Village Baptist Church and to the communities of Bonadelle and Madera Ranchos, California. Questionnaires to the community, church and other similar Southern Baptist churches were used to provide data. Information drawn from the results of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator also aided in the development of the plan. The concept of 'church types' provided help in determining goals for the congregations. The results of the project include: 1. a two-year ministry plan, and 2. the development of a means for creating and implementing ministries.
