  • This project involves promoting functional change regarding the welcoming of people who are transgender. Many churches have struggled with issues of sexual orientation. The next step is to open the doors to those who claim to have been born in the wrong body as related to gender. How do clergy move beyond their own insecurity, and how do they teach their congregation to do the same? How do we create a loving church environment when we have so many questions? The answers to these questions lie within this project.
